I'm not here

So for those people out there who aren't passengers on my millennium falcon (read:close enough to hear me bitch and moan) I have a new job! That means I quit the dish washing gig.But I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Which is fucking weird. I mean, I absolutely hate having to do the same jobs I did in high school. But it's something I'm good at, and I've been hearing the manager type people complain about the lack of staff for the summer. But it's still washing fucking dishes. As it turns out I'd rather sling slightly expensive ice cream. But at least at the new place there's a chance for full time and a possibility of moving on and up.

.....and there I go trying to justify myself to myself again. I need work and there it is. God it sucks being broke all the time.

Anywho, I'm in Niagara Falls for the next few days to see the parents and my brother, and so far it's been awesome. I mean, yes this is probably all the vacation I'm probably going to get this summer (with a possible exception on my birthday) but I'm definitely taking advantage of it.

Yay for people who aren't me making plans for me! Really takes the pressure off.
